John Conley

Assistant Deputy Chancellor, Ohio Board of Regents

John Conley serves as the assistant deputy chancellor of educational technology for the Ohio Board of Regents. In this role, he oversees the Ohio Technology Consortium and plays a role in the collaborative efforts for shared services across state government and higher education. Conley’s experience in the information technology field includes advocating for some of the largest software companies in the United States. He previously served in the Ohio Attorney Generals office, assisting in the launch of the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG), its financial information network and the state’s online sex offender registry. Conley earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Conley serves as the Chancellor’s designee to the board when he is not able to attend.
